We offer standard shipping via DHL and express shipping via DHL Express. If you choose express shipping, the shipping costs will be correspondingly higher.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day. With standard shipping, delivery within Germany usually takes 2-4 business days after dispatch. We offer free shipping nationwide in Germany for orders over 39€.

Yes. You can return items within 14 days of receipt. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Please contact us in advance at info@ls-medical.de – we will provide a return label and, if desired, arrange for a prompt exchange.

Once your return has been processed, we will notify you by email. Any payment already made for the goods will be refunded within 7 working days of processing the return at the latest.
