Shipping Information

Fast and reliable delivery
All orders are processed and shipped on weekdays within 24 hours of payment receipt. The estimated delivery time within Germany is approx. 2–4 business days. Our shipping partners ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping partners and tracking
We ship with DHL or DPD. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Delivery to practices and clinics
We deliver to both private and commercial addresses. If you wish to have your order delivered to a practice or clinic address, please provide the corresponding name and exact address during the order process.

Returns and Right of Return

Returns within 14 days
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the goods must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return address and process
Before making a return, we ask you to contact our customer service. We will provide you with all the necessary information and a return label. The customer bears the costs of the return, unless there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refund and processing time
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 business days to the originally chosen payment method. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been processed.
