Shipping Information

Fast and reliable delivery
All orders are processed and shipped on weekdays within 24 hours of payment receipt. The estimated delivery time within Germany is approx. 2–4 working days. Our shipping partners ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping costs Germany: Free shipping for orders over €40.00. For orders under €40.00, the shipping flat rate is €4.90.

Shipping partner and tracking
We ship with DHL or DPD. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track the status of your delivery at any time.

Delivery to practices and clinics
We deliver to both private and commercial addresses. If you would like your order to be delivered to a practice or clinic address, please provide the corresponding name and exact address during the order process.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Return within 14 days
Should you not be satisfied with a product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the goods must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Return address and process
Before making a return, we ask you to contact our customer service. We will provide you with all necessary information and a return label. The customer bears the costs for the return, unless there is an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item).

Refund and processing time
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 working days to the originally chosen payment method. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the refund has been processed.
