Shipping Information
Fast and reliable delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment on working days. The estimated delivery time within Germany is approx. 2–4 working days.
Shipping costs Germany: Free shipping for orders over €40.00. For orders under €40.00, the shipping fee is €4.90.
Shipping partners and tracking
We ship with DHL or DPD. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Delivery to practices and clinics
We deliver to both private and business addresses.
Returns and Return Policy
Returns within 14 days
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Refund and processing time
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
