Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

Conditions for return:

The goods must be unopened and in their original packaging.
For sealed products, the right of return expires once the seal has been removed (due to hygiene reasons).

Return costs: The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.

Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
